  2. Extracting the Coconut Kernel

    Take out the white coconut kernel using a sharp knife. For an easier process, freeze the coconut for 15 minutes before extracting.

  3. Preparing the Coconut Mixture

    In a blender, combine one cup of coconut kernel with two cups of room temperature water. Blend for approximately one minute until the mixture is smooth.
